refund

if i order something from America and dont recieve it, the cost was £51 can i ask my credit card company to get the money back ?

    In the long run yes, but usually you have to exhaust all routes with the company first.

    As far as i know the section 75 minimum is £100
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

    OP: you'd have to liase with the company directly then.
  • If it gives you any confidence, I have ordered lots of items from the states before and have never had any problem receiving them - never late or gone missing.
