I am being plagued by calls from Aegis MBNA regarding my Virgin card and a missed payment of £130 Which was paid direct to Virgin before I received a letter from Aegis. Read somewhere about a letter I can send but cant find it and sent there letter back with a note on so don't have there address. Help
