Quidco Help

I have just signed up to Quidco. How long does it usually take for the money to be credited to your account? Also does the email address you use on your quidco account have to be the same address that you use on the site that you are buying off, as I would like to let other people in my family use my Quidco so that I can build up more money.
Thanks

Hello robin123,
I signed up with Quidco a few months ago and yes, firstly use the e-mail address you used to sign up with as your contact address when you follow any links. If there is ever any dispute on a claim then your e-mail address will help track your activity and registrations.
As for payments, click on the "My Earnings" tab to see how much you've earnt. After the annual £5 earnings charge, you are paid out each month for what you've earnt to a paypal account which you should have set up. Some of my payments are still pending, (each vendor will vary on the length of time before they pay Quidco) so I haven't received a payment yet. However a colleague of mine has already received his February payment into his paypal account. So they seem trustworthy.0 -
I've been waiting for a credit into my account for months. When I try and contact Quidco, a page comes up saying I can't contact them as they ares sorting their website out - seems to work everywhere else!0

If you are comparing prices, go through Quidco to dealtime, kelkoo, high street web and car source and you will earn cashback for your searches.
As wildshot says each payment will depend on the vendor, but your account at Quidco will be kept up to date with information about the stage your payments are at for each transaction. For example, I have transferred our gas and electricity to Powergen and received £30 cashback (even though the accounts haven't been transferred yet), the money was received by Quidco in less than 2 weeks and I'll be paid for this and others early this month. On the other hand I ordered from another company, who shall remain nameless as I ended up in a dispute with them for overcharging my credit card, and Quidco still haven't received anything from them even though I ordered in November (but it's still there waiting in my account so at least I know what's happening with it).
Quidco are also very good at answering queries about payments and I've noticed just recently that if they receive bonuses from companies they pass them on to members.
They seem totally transparent and since I joined in July 2005 I've paid my £5 admin fee, received over £60, have over £30 coming on the next payment date and also have over £23 so far pending validation/receipt.
A tip which may help you is that you can go to "My Setting" and set the amount at which a payment will be made to you. I have it set at £5, but I know that others have it set at nothing so that they receive payments due every month no matter how little. I don't know of any other cashback site that allow this and I have a couple of sites that have cash sitting there for me that I can't get to because of the limits set by the sites.

I bought from Dell through Quidco 1st Dec. Still nothing. I have bought from Curry's, Play.com. Dixons, Link. All showing tracking. Nothing paid yet. Does this site really pay out. I'm beginning to think not!!!0

Money is paid out about 2/3 months AFTER it is tracked - that is when the affiliate networks pay Quidco. This is completely normal. PLEASE read the Quidco thread on the referrers board. I will ask the board guide to move this thread so it can be merged with the existing one.
SUSI - put an earnings enquiry in for your Currys transaction (it has been incorrectly declined)0 -
Quidco are brill. I've only been a member since last Sept. but have recieved about £50. They are really good at answering your queries via email too which is brilliant. I'm a fan of them.0

Just a quick follow up to what I posted earlier. This morning I've had an email from Quidco to say that they are crediting my paypal account with £34+, so yes you do get your money.\o/ \o/ \o/ \o/ \o/Wise Men Still Seek Him!0
