Out of work - which credit card could I apply for?

Just wanted to ask a quick question. I am a stay at home mum of two and have a few credit cards already with Egg, Virgin, LLoyds and Abbey. I have had these for a few years now and always tarted using the 0% deals. However, now the deals are coming to an end I've struggled to get new 0% BT deals from them, so I'm thinking perhaps I should apply for a new card at say 0% for 12 months. Will I get turned down because I don't work? I'm not on benefits or anything, my husband works but TBH (long story short) - he can't be trusted with money so I don't want him to get another credit card.
Can anyone suggest a card that would accept me?

My wife applied for a GE Money card back in the days when it paid 3% cash back on supermarket and petrol spends. She doesn't work, but all they were interested in was the total household income (there was no option to put individual salaries).
Funny thing is, my wife only applied because I had applied five minutes earlier and was declined - her application went through fine with me as an additional cardholder!
Anyhoo, moral of the story is to try and find out which cards go on household income rather than on your salary - but then you probably knew that already.0 -
I seem to remember M&S only ask for household income, and so are particularly useful for SAHMs.
However, your existing available and used credit will be taken into account, so no guarantees!
The M&S card will give you 6 months as a standard BT (2% fee), although 10 months is available through the Sterling travellers cheque loophole (1% fee).0
