Anyone know how you contact these people by email? Tried to log in and it won't recognise my password. Asked them for a "password reminder" by email 3 times and not received any Even tried re-registering and it's saying "email already in use" (of course :rolleyes:).

wHAT A TERRIBLE site for contact....it does say;

Your details have been sent to you, if you continue to have problems then contact 'do crafts' using the contact us button (top right).

but can't find that button top right or anywhere. Contact us from the bottom is a huge list which is baffling!!

I did get password reminder which was numbers so they must have given me that when I registered. SOrry can't help further

The newsletter comes from [EMAIL="website@docrafts.co.uk"]website@docrafts.co.uk[/EMAIL]. I don't know if this will be of any use but might be worth a try.

Oh dear ... just had a "failed delivery" notice to the email address, so absolutely stuck now. Perhaps I should just pass on this one :rolleyes:
