Sunday Times Where Was I? competition
The prize: The winner will stay for one week in a gîte or a cottage in France, for four people, as the guest of Brittany Ferries Holidays. The winner can choose any of Brittany Ferries’s four-person gîtes or cottages in France, provided it’s still available in 2009 and excluding the period July 18-August 16.
As well as regions such as Brittany, Provence, the Loire and the Dordogne, this gives the chance to explore parts of France that are perhaps less familiar, such as the Auvergne and the Limousin. The prize also includes return Channel crossings for a car and four passengers on any one of Brittany Ferries’s routes to France.
The questions
1 What is the name of the soup? Cullen Skink
2 What is the name of the fourth town? Huntly
