Wedding outfit for mother of groom that won't break bank

Hi - been shopping today looking for an outfit, found a lovely suit but over £300 just for skirt! Anyone know a good place in West Yorkshire for getting something a bit different (not standard dress and coat) Wedding is in a hotel with a black and white theme.
