Burswood 39" Accoustic Guitar-missing dvd

Just purchased this item from Asda, reduced to £12.49.
They had lots at the beginning of the week, but hardly any yesterday so I told my dd she could purchase one with her pocket money if they still had any left today.
We made a special trip down there & couldn't find any at the front of the store where they were. Managed to find just one with the other(more expensive)guitars so we bought it.
When we got home, we discovered that the instructional dvd was missing. Also noticed that the box was taped up with sellotape...
Yesterday there was one box with all the others that had been opened & it was clear that it wasn't complete.....
So, do I return the guitar for a full refund as it's incomplete or ask for a partial refund to compensate for the missing dvd? I doubt they'll reduce it by more than 10% which doesn't really cover the cost of an instructional dvd, does it?
In an ideal world, I'd like a new guitar that is complete, but that doesn't seem very likely-seemed to be one of those 'when it's gone, it's gone' type offers.
What do you think?

It doesn't cover the cost of a new dvd,but you got a bargain,so i would look at it like that. You could try ringing around a couple of other stores to see if they have any.0

Either ring Asda and see if they can get you one or try contacting the guitar maker and see if they have one they could post out to you. There might even be some guitar instructions on the internet that are useful.0

Not as much of a bargain as the people who bought all the other guitars for the same price but had a dvd in their box though, eh?0 -

Good idea. The manufacturer is in Hong Kong though.0
