No Picture On Laptop

My daughter has a laptop she has just noticed the picture has gone all black but the laptop is still running tryed pressing all the buttons whats happened ?
Won 2010: Butlins 5 day Break and £250, 1 yr Virgin Active membership, Meal for 10 at Best Parties Ever, skyline 2011 dvd.

You may have pressed a combination of button to switch on the external output, to another monitor for example. There may be a key which has a picture of a monitor on it, try pressing the Fn key and this one at the same time.:think: Can anyone explain to me how to put a signature here? :think:

What is the make of laptop! Dell it's normal Ftn and F8 or F5. If it does not have a picture it might say crt/lcd under one of the function keys0

On my Samsung laptop its Fn and F4.0
