Capital One - Late Statement

Hi guys,

I did not receive my December statement from Capital One.

When I received my January statement I noticed that I was charged a late payment fee.

I rang Captial One and they agreed to waive the late payment fee and have since refunded it.

I have now noticed that they have charged me the purchase interest on December's statement. Am I right in saying this is incorrect?

If I had received December's statement, I would have paid the full balance (as I normally do) thus avoiding a late payment fee and the interest charged.

Please help.

Darren.

Sign up for capital one's online system and receive an email when your statements are ready to be viewed etc

Did you pay anything towards you Dec statement? (unclear from the below). You can only try Capital One and see if they will waive the interest, although as all statements are available online they may not be amenable
