Sony VA10 - weird instructions

I want to make a set of recovery discs. The "Recovery Centre" is listed in the Start menu so I followed the instructions. It tells you to look on the Sony web site for your serial number to find the correct discs to use. Did that. BUT, the final page on the Recovery Centre instructions says to click NEXT. This word does not appear on the page and the page cannot be enlarged or the text moved so I came to a full stop there. There may be other instructions elsewhere on this laptop but I do find Sony to be extremely longwinded. Any comments please?

I've been using computers for years, and I still can't find the "Any" key!

I have a Vaio VGN-FZ21Z and made the recovery discs by clicking Sony Recovery Centre, 'create recovery discs'.

The seriel number is also shown on the bottom of the laptop.

    Hope this helps.

I did exactly the same but, as I said, I came to a full stop when it said click NEXT and that word is not on the page. I have written to SONY but am not optimistic. I have been wondering if other new laptops included a set of disks for Vista. Dell include XP discs. My 15 year old grandson says it would cost about £200 if I had to buy the discs. Don't know if he is right.

Maybe this will be a short cut i.e. two keys pressed together, although it doesn't seem likely

LIBRA. Thank you. Yes I did know about the forums. I have just been on the main site but I must admit I find Sony instructions in general very messy. Sending an email is a nightware even when you are registered. I didn't look at the forums but I will now. Maybe someone there will help. It embarrasses me that I seem to encounter problems no one else has - like following the instructions for making the disks.
