Tempur - Traditional Pillow

Hi.. I am looking to purchase a tempur traditional pillow for an elderly relative, I have one myself but cheapest i can find (not including ebay) is 70quid. Anybody know where I can get one cheaper ?

I have tried other memory foam pillows but none live up to quality of the tempur !
