6. All valid entries received by 31/01/2009 will be entered into the prize draw. The first valid entry drawn at random will receive 1 x PlayStation 3 + a pack of 10 BluRay movies.
7. All data collected will be for the sole purpose of this competition and will not be passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost or delayed due to a technical reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
9. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
10. Prize is open to entrants aged 18 or over.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

Ahhhh, this explains a lot. I was a "winner" before Christmas of a chance for a paint balling day at one of their sites. However when I read further, the prize was worthless.

I just opted for 'no' for the paintball prize.

The PlayStation etc will be ok.

The security code didn't like me!

It's not a con You can buy the vouchers in Asda for £25. I gave the one I won to a friend who used it for her son's 18th birthday and they had a great time.

If you want to go paintballing it saves you money. You do have to buy your own paintballs though.

You also have to pay a £10 non-refundable deposite, which they claim you get back in the form of 100 paintballs. Which would normally cost you £6 or so.

Plus you have to put up with texts reminding you to book.
