boil up a couple of tbls of linseeds in a cup of water until you have a gloop like consistency, strain out the seeds if you like add a dash of olive oil, apply to dry hair wrap in cling film and a towel . leave for 15- 30 mins then wash out...
beats ANY expensive hair treatment hands down.0 -

i remember my mum used to rinse my hair with beer. she said it gave it a good shine. since ive moved out not done it, cant see the point in wasting good alcohol.

Vinegar rinsing gives a good shine to brunette/redheads, lemon juice for blondes (add both to water, not neat)
Rinsing her in cold water apparently stimulates circulation resulting in healthier fast growing hair, but all I got was brain freeze. Once was enough.
Oats with cold water added is a good softening face mask.
Add oats to an old stocking and use to wash yourself down in the bath/shower. Makes skin lovely and soft.Proud to be dealing with my debts :T
