Ebay "professional" sellers

Sorry if this has been covered before (no doubt!!)
Please tell me if I imagined this, but am I right in thinking that there are such people as professional e-bay sellers, based locally who list/sell at item on your behalf and take a % of the proceeds?
If so, can anyone point me in the right direction? I have lots of stuff I could e-bay but I know I am not organised enough to do it myself!
Thanks
