1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. By entering this promotion the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them.
3. There is one prize to be won of one set of K-Sabatier knives worth £250, subject to availability. The prize includes delivery to a UK address.
4. The set comprises of 4 knives, 1 fork, 1 sharpening steel and a wooden block in which to store the knives. The knives and the fork are made in France and are 100% forged steel. The sharpening steel, also made in France, is 100% forged.
5. Entry to the Free Prize Draw must be made either by completing the entry form online at www.kallofoods.com including full contact details or by sending entrants name and address on a postcard to Sabatier Free Draw, Kallo Foods, PO Box 2470 Bristol BS6 9AB. Full contact details of the entrant must be received by the promoter at any time between 1st January 2009 and 30th June 2009 in order to be valid.
6. All normal internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrants responsibility.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. There is a limit on one entry per household.
9. There will be one prize draw which will take place on the 1st July 2009.
10. The winners’ name will be drawn by an independent third party.
11. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within one week from the Free Prize Draw date and asked to follow the necessary instructions. If contact is not made on the first attempt, 3 more attempts will be made over the following week. If contact is not made by the third attempt, winners will have an additional 7 days from the date of the final call or message left on the answer phone to contact the Promoter to claim their prize. After this point, if the prize has not been claimed, the Promoter reserves the right to give the prize to the next winner whose name will be drawn in the same way. Once contact is made with the winner, instructions will be given on how the winner may receive the prize. The prize will be delivered within 30 days of it being claimed, at a UK address provided by the winner. Responsibility cannot be accepted for non-delivery of the prize due to the lack of/ incorrect details given by the winner, or to the winner’s non-acceptance of the delivery, or for circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. The winners name may be publicised on the promoter’s website.
12. There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable, and non-changeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar or greater value should the circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
13. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry. Receipt of an entry by the Promoter amounts to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
14. The Promoter has no responsibility for entries which are delayed or lost due to the malfunction of or failure of the hardware, software or network. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
15. Acceptance of the Free Prize will be deemed to be permission by the winner to take part in publicity photographs and interviews and for these to be used by Kallo Foods in any media publication.
16. The decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries not received. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the promotion address. Also confused as the T's and C's seem pretty much the same and the promoter for both is Kallo foods (address for non-email entry is same for both comps). One entry per household too so if it is only the 1 prize between the 2 sites I guess we're both out of the running:(

The comp organizers seem to have listed the comp on 2 different sites (Kallo foods and Whole Earth foods) which is why you didn't find it in the search. Have emailed them to ask if the comp is the same across the 2 sites. Will post if/when:rolleyes: I get a reply.
