Playtrade, urgent advice needed!

Could someone offer me some advice?
I sold an item on playtrade, I received an email with the buyers name and address on (which I double checked on my account), but when I tried to post it this morning I was told that the post code does not exist! It is:
SM7 5PQ
I checked the street on RM post code finder and it reckons it should be
KT18 5PQ
but I don't want to send it to an address that is different to the listed address in case of a claim.
I tried to email the buyer, but her email address doesn't work either! What do I do? Should I send it to the address with the KT18 postcode? It needed to be posted today at the latest according to play guidelines. I'm half tempted just to refund.

hmm well if you can't email them then I would send to the address you were given but change the postcode to the correct one for the address0

I eventually managed to get a hold of someone at play.com on the phone, they advised me to refund the transaction rather than risk getting the address wrong. It's a low value item, so I've refunded and relist, I cannot be bothered to deal with someone who cannot even get their own address correct, and who makes themselves un-contactable.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

Good decision. Better than risking an item not received.0

Good shout - don't need the hassle on a small value item - sure it will sell again.0
