I think you would sell the PS2 no probs, have a look on ebay and see how much they are generally going for. If he also has lots of games to sell I would suggest you sell them seperatly as you will probably get more.Married 1st October 2015:heartpuls

Or you could give it away for free on your local Freecycle - good karma will flood your way!0

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. By one of those strange co incidences there are already a couple of threads running about selling PS2s on ebay, it is probably worth reading them before you list to avoid any problems.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I'm half contemplating selling my PS2 too, although having read all the problems people are having, I think I might advertise it in my local Gumtree site or newspaper instead! At least that way the buyer can come and pick it up, paying cash in hand.
If you do sell it on ebay, be sure to write the serial number down (and take photo of it as proof), send trackable delivery etc... and wrap it up very well to avoid it being "broken" in the post.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
i'd noticed we seem to have a few PS2/ebay threads just now
We do seem to get that happen a bit, one thread on something and then suddenly a whole lot more..one of life's strange co incidences no doubt. Although maybe people getting a PS3 for Christmas and wanting to sell the old PS2 may account for it in this case.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You won't get much for it, probably enough to buy one or two games for your PS3.
The price of the console has crashed, and in this post-Christmas period of people dumping their old consoles, the price will continue to crash on an almost daily basis. We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -
