Non Paying Bidder

I have just had my first non paying bidder and am really really annoyed!!!

I have just issued the NPB email from Ebay but was wondering when can I actually relist my item - also can I offer it to the person who didn't win the item as they were only outbid by £1?

When I first listed it it was rather rare, but now there are a few more around and so the price has dropped a little.

Needless to say I am not a happy bunny.

This was a new Ebayer who only had 1 feedback when he bid on my item (it was really good) Now he has one neg to for being a NPB and I have noticed 2 bid retractions - why do these people bother!

I actually have no problem dealing with newbies (I was one once) espacially as usually they are really quick payers! Not this time though eh?

If you log back into your dispute centre you have the opportunity to send a further notice to your buyer. I usually just use that to tell him 'formally' that the item is no longer available for him to purchase.

Then just offer it to second chance bidder.

    Good luck.
