    Has anyone read the terms and conditions of using promotional codes on littlewoods to get a Wiifit for £41.48? Sounds as though if you have NOT got the code directly from them they will withold the full price (£70) and not redit your account on delivery. Sounds very odd to charge you the full amount even though they have offered you a discount. Any ideas anyone??? See the terms below....

    2.3 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that:-

    (i) you are entitled to use the code;
    (ii) you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
    (iii) you agree to the terms set out below.

    If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. If you transacted on a cash basis e.g. by debit or credit card, we may take a further payment, equivalent to the value of the benefit obtained, from the card used. If you transacted on a credit basis, the value of the benefit obtained may be charged to your credit account.

    2.4 Should you wish to cancel your order or return any goods, please go to the Returns section for further information.

    Im very concerned about the T & C's when using the code...I ordered one last week due to be delivered 22/01/09.

    I read on another forum that somebody accepted the product and 8 weeks later Littlewoods decided not to allow them the have £30 credit...by then its too late to send it back.....so they ended up paying full wack:eek:

    I haven't heard anything yet just awaiting delivery for the 22nd Jan here's hoping. Will be keeping it anyway if 30 pound discount not honured.
  • I had a letter yesterday to say the delivery would be on the 29th now and not on the 22nd. Later that morning I also received a phone call from Littlewoods, a courtesy call they said, to see if I had any questions re setting up my account etc. I will keep the wii fit anyway even if they don't honour the discount but fingers crossed they do.

    I ordered one through Marshall ward a couple of weeks ago using the £30 off code. I just had a call from a bloke at MW to see how satisfied I was with my order, when I told him I was waiting for a wii-fit he checked the computer and comfirmed it would be delivered on Thursday and that the £30 refund should be in my account by around Tuesday next week. Hurrah!!
