Terms and Conditions
1. Your subscription(s) will start immediately with the next available issue unless otherwise requested by yourself in the necessary section of the website.

2. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you, the subscription purchaser, within 12 hours of the subscription(s) being ordered by WHSmith.

3. No contact will be made with the subscription recipient at all. Announcement of the subscription is solely at the discretion of you, the subscription purchaser.

4. A second email will be sent to you, the subscription purchaser, within 12 hours of the order being processed by the publisher. This email will be sent by the publisher of the magazine and will confirm contact details for the publisher regarding your subscription(s).

5. You will also receive a Welcome letter from the publisher of your selected magazine(s), informing you of the exact issue the subscription(s) will commence with and the expected delivery date of that issue.

6. It can take up to a maximum of 12 weeks for delivery of your first magazine but this will be confirmed in the Welcome letter you receive from the publisher of your selected magazine(s). The delivery date is determined by the date that you order and the print date of the next available issue.

7. The selected magazine/s cannot be exchanged for any other magazines through the website.

8. The subscription can be cancelled at any time during its term and a refund of any unmailed issues will be made by the Publisher of the magazine/s you purchased and not by WHSmith.

9. If you pay for your subscription by Direct Debit you are automatically protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. A copy of this should be sent to you by the publisher of the magazine/s you have selected. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank and/or the publisher.

10. Please note we cannot accept postal orders or cheques.

11. This website is operated by WHSmith who pass your orders and money to the publisher of your selected magazine/s. Whilst we will always endeavour to sort any customer queries, the magazine that you order will always be fulfilled by the publisher of that magazine. And therefore we recommend that you deal with the publisher about queries relating directly to your magazine subscription. Please note, the magazine covers used on this site are for illustrative purposes only.
