Electrolux Vacuum

Hi, dont think this in correct place but cant find where to put it ... please move if this is the case.

In October bought an Electrolux Vacuum and it keeps cutting out after only 1 rug/half a room - no clogs etc all checked. Problem is cannot put hand on receipt ...

Does anyone know if Tesco will exchange this or will I have to contact manufacturer and pay for repair ?

Has anyone else had any problems with this hoover ?

    How did you pay for this? Did you pay cash or debit/credit card. If so you may be able to prove how long you have had it.I have recently bought a hoover but registered it with the company, so they now have records of ho long i have had it.I dont think you will be able to do much without a receipt.Saying that, you never know, i would still try taking it back for an exchange.

  • Bought with either debit or credit card , also used club card. hadn't registerd it (never do) . Hoping that they may check club card account to pin point date. Will call them tomorrow and check.
