Hi all,
I was going to paint my doors but have now decided i would rather pay a little more and have more modern doors.
Thought B&Q doors would be fine however my cuboards are 18mm not 15mmlike b&Q so even though the doors are the right size my friend who is a kitchen fitter said they wont fit, its this right? he said there'd be a gap.
So i have sourced doors here: www.any-size.com but they are pricey.
My doors are 715 x 400/600 and are door and drawer front, although i was considering changing a unit to a drawer set and then having full height doors but B&Q dont do 600 or 400 drawers!:(
ANyone recmomend any companies or solutions for me?
Also after best place for walnut or beech laminate worktop and new sink and mixer tap.
Thanks
Katie

Hi I'm a kitchen fitter to and dont see why a b&q dor wont fit ur cabinets. If your unsure buy one and see if it fits.Steve0

It may be that due to the difference in thickness, the hinges wouldn't fit properly to allow a gap between doors. You would have a 3mm offset because the hinges are fitted on the inside of the cabinets.
My guess is your fitter is right.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0 -
Sorry but your guess is wrong.0
