Before Xmas I sent a parcel SD in a RM SD poly envelope.
2 days later it arrived back with me as undeliverable as the complete SD address label had been removed so I of course, made a claim as I had to repost it.
On Friday I got a nice letter from RM saying sorry and enclosing a cheque. Only problem that no cheque was enclosed so I phone RM. The young lass apologised and said it would be on its way!
I sometimes despair of RM.

Removed = No longer there.
Therefore it was removed.
By accident no doubt but removed it was.
It's just a pity that my cheque was also "removed" before posting.Terms & Conditions Apply0 -
