Vilnius Competition Terms & Conditions

The competition opens at 12.01am on 31 December 2008. The competition closes at 11.59pm on 11 February 2009.

The prize consists of two economy class return flights with flyLAL from London Gatwick to Vilnius and three nights at the Reval Hotel Lietuva in Vilnius.

Travel insurance, airport taxes/charges and transfers to London Gatwick and on arrival in Lithuania are not included.

The prize must be taken before 31 June 2009 and is non-transferable with no cash alternative.

One entry per person; entrants must be 18 years or older and be legally resident in the UK. Places are subject to availability; winners must adhere to all booking conditions.

Winners may be required to participate in publicity.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries lost, delayed or corrupted for any reason whatsoever.

Under no circumstances shall the Promoter be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of information, commentary, advice or other content on its website or in respect of the prize draw.

Winners will be randomly drawn by an independent third party and will be notified within 21 days of the competition closing date.

In the event that a selected winner does not initially respond to contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make at least three further attempts to contact such winners. If the selected winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 60 days of the prize draw closing date that person's claim to the prize will be forfeited and the promoter, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the originals.

The Promoter's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
