Maybe, My Green one arrived today, it's much darker than the photo and is beautifully made, well worth the money.

It has a concealed magnet that pulls it closed. Inside there is a zipped pocket on one side and a double open pocket on the other (for mobile phone & other gadget I guess) It is lined too. And the strap is just long enough to go over your shoulder.
