Whats the best place to buy good flowers for Valentines day?

Hi,

I want to please my ex and buy her a lovely bouquet of flower on 14 of February. She lives in Dundee, Scotland and I live in London. Whats a good online place or other to send her flowers please? Also if its possible not to expenislve (up to £40 in p&p).

Thank You

    Your ex?

Personally if anyone bought me flowers for Valentine's Day I would be mortified due to the fact they are 4 times the price.
Why not spend the £40 more wisely with something that will last and she/he will have a permanent reminder of his/her EX
    I haven't got one!

A nice piece of jewellery perhaps?
I just think £40 on a bunch of flowers that'll die within a few days is obscene, but it's your money in the end.
    I know what I'd prefer
