Got letter in post on Monday from OR. with more forms to fill in for I&E and saying I was to return within 14 days. letter dated 22/12 so filled in and returned special delivery today. just got to wait now and hope no creditor objects. Then l may get an ED if l'm lucky fingers crossed.
Although if not I don't mind waiting longer. Just glad to be debt free and less stressed, never having credit again.
Thinking and sending positive vibes to all going through BR and those thinking about it.

Wow thats great. I may be lucky to get early discharge in Feb if i am lucky and i was made BR in June so they are moving fast for you.
I never know what kind of objection a creditor could really make unless they knew you were hiding something as surely they cannot just write back and say you should not get ED because you did not pay them back?:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:

hi getmeout, a quick question do they ask you to provide proof of your income and expenditure?0

You may have to send payslips but usually no proof of expenditure is required unless something looks a bit 'iffy'.
