Hi everyone,
Here's the situation, i'm 17 in January :j and EVERYONE is asking me what i want for my birthday, and the problem?? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WANT!!!!!
I would love to have my own car but that is SO expensive that i can't ask for it from my family...I would also love to get something really personal, you know something that has been made or a hamper full of suprising treats.. but my family don't like to spend time on things like that! Don't get me wrong i'm not being ungrateful, i just cannot find anything that i really want for my birthday, and i have ran out of ideas(as they were brought for me for Xmas!)
I'm really girly and love clothes, handbags, shoes etc. (although i have just recieved a load for Xmas):p I'm very MSE and i'm taking part in a number of challenges on here. I love bath and spa stuff, i'm looking to become more arty and crafty for the new year.. I'm in to photography and as said above i would like something personal from them.
I would love it if you all could reply with quirky gift ideas that i could ask them to buy, it would be muchly appreciated.
THANKS in advance:beer: .

I agree with campbell87
If you are good at saving that is ?:rotfl:
How about asking for a few driving lessons ? or your provisional ? photo credits on photobox ?furrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:

I think I would ask/hint at money or vouchers so you can get what you want.
Happy birthday! If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
I think I'd steer clear of asking for vouchers, purely because of the amount of well-known shops going into administration. How about asking for crafting equipment? Material, beads, etc. to help you with all the things you want to make this year (I've seen your long list on Crafty for Christmas 2009, lol) xsome people grin and bear it, others smile and do it

I think the one of the best things I've done in my life - that I've enjoyed I mean - is being able to drive. So I'd ask for some money towards provisional licence and/or a lesson or few.
You can get make-up/girly stuff any time, there are people that are bound to buy you that anyway
Have a wonderful birthday, I wish I was 17 again!
