TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The prize is for two adults for seven nights
2. Travel is valid only during the following periods:
   • 01 June - 30 June 2009
   • 15 September - 10 December 2009
   • 10 January - 31 March 2010
   • 01 May - 21 May 2010
3. Travel is subject to availability and further embargoes. Prize seats are subject to availability. Seats available to purchase on a flight does not mean prize seats will be available on the same flights.
4. Prize includes two return Economy seats on Virgin Atlantic Airways from London Heathrow to Nairobi
5. All elements of the holiday have to be used by the prizewinner and travelling companions at the same time.
6. Airport lounge passes and flight upgrades are not permitted with these tickets
7. Once the holiday is booked and tickets are issued they are non-changeable, non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
8. The travel period cannot be extended beyond the expiry date
9. Once the ticket has been issued they are valid only on the flight / dates shown.
10. Prize does not include transfers to or from London Heathrow airport
11. Flights are subject to Virgin Atlantic Airways' standard terms and conditions and conditions of carriage that can be viewed here or calling 0870 380 2007
12. All local transfers and transport in Kenya is provided by Virgin Holidays
13. Accommodation is provided by Serena Hotels and consists of 6 nights on full board basis and one night on bed and breakfast basis at the Nairobi Serena Hotel:
    • Upon arrival into Nairobi, use of day room and breakfast at Nairobi Serena Hotel
    • 1 night at the Serena Mountain Lodge on a full board basis
    • 2 nights at Serena Sweetwaters Tented Camp on a full board basis
    • 3 nights the Mara Serena Safari Lodge on a full board basis
    • 1 night at the Nairobi Serena Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis
14. Game drives included at Serena Mountain Lodge, Serena Sweetwaters Tented Camp and Mara Serena Safari Lodge
15. The safari is not exchangeable to any other properties except the one stated herein.
16. The prize does not include visa entry to Kenya of $50 per person, travel insurance, park fees, airline taxes, vaccination costs additional expenses or spending money. All items of personal use at the hotels, i.e. drinks, laundry, telephone calls, gratuities are not included in the prize.
17. Competitions (and separate prize offers) are also running with Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose in-store magazines. Please refer to each individual magazine and store for those relevant terms and conditions.

I would think it's the same one, Catz - same sponsors etc, but can't see any T&Cs, so don't know whether it's safe to enter both.

Oh no! Um, guess they're different comps, in that case. And I like yours better!

Gah, I guess you could post with a warning that it might be a dupe of this one? If I can get hold of a copy of the Waitrose mag in the week, I'll have a dig around for their T&Cs.

Hi,

Just been to World Travel Guide and seen that their Kenya comp has been extended to 30/04, I think it closed 31/03 originally. So another month to get in yet.
