Hi all - just got a new laptop and some of the keys on the keypad won't work without me having to 'jab' them a few times. Is this normal? I actually can't use it because when I try to type anything half the letters are missing...hope you know what I mean and that there's an easy remedy to sort the problem or will I have to return it?
Thanks as always.

Sounds like a contact problem between the keys and the underlying membrane. I'd return it for a replacement keyboard.0

Thanks Wombat - I'll do that...but so frustrating!
Happy New Year.
