can i ask if paypal can withhold the money in my account for this item as it was paid with cash on collection and the money in my paypal account is there to cover my bill?
i am going to phone ebay tom or monday and speak to someone as they are sending me automated responses which dont help me out??
He can only take money back from a paypal dispute if he paid that way. ok thanks just the money i have made over dec paid for some pressies and the rest was to cover the paypal bill, i was worried that they could put a hold on it and then i wouldnt have enough in bank to cover it all!!
had another response from automated paypal saying they need email headers? need to go and find out how i do this and ill let you know how it goes!! thanks for the advice and help:DWhat's for you won't go past you0 -

If it is yahoo, there is a link at bottom of message saying full headers. Hotmail doesn't seem to be working now, so cannot give you an answer.

ok back again buyer has closed case and it has been passed on to ebay, can you give me info on what will happen next?? am still thinking about giving ebay a phone tom and asking their advice. i am so close to closing my account but dont want to give him the satisfaction and think it should be his 2 accounts that are suspended!What's for you won't go past you0

Ebay will send you an automated email about working things out with your buyer. Just ignore it.0
