a new or old scam

wot wot a thread ive just read evvery post since it started i was intrigued. scammers eh ive just had one too but was too wise for their tricks but will share with u a common trick u may all know off

bought a phone from me - wants to send to india - alarm bells!! - pays extra £20 to send - international signed for off course making it look all genioune. his/her address is listed in their email account but when u go to paypal to check it out surprise surprise it says

so basically a scam i send and then they claim the money back even though i can prove i sent it
