  • thanks everyone, sorry its took so long to reply back, lillie bubs is not having a very good day, also her first tooth popped through today like she aint suffering enough poor pudding. ill ring the OR in the morning and explain im in the hospital for a few hours. her appointment is at 9.30 and shoudnt take long, so will be free in afternoon.

When you phone them in the morning just tell them your IS has gone into the nationwide account because they couldn't change it in time, then get it all out tomorrow afternoon, just in case Nationwide freeze it.

  • thanks peachy na i didnt get mr shaky hands i dont think or it could be him he just didnt have enough coffee in hes blood to do much shanking ha ha

i did state on the back of my SOA the extra info bit the situation with the banks

i also said about my nan relying on me and the car to take her about as i put on SOA form she was also a dependant

also just rang the co op to see if they do a transfer of accounts but apparently there was a form in my welcome pack giving them permission to do that but it wasnt, so they are sending me it again

the bloke that took me into seeing the judge looked like a right happy loves hes job type of person, he looked so fed up and just sort of barked my name and when he gave us our BR forms just stood there going blah blah top left hand corner blah blah top right and so on then went any questions, but sort of said it in a why dont you leave me alone sort of tone so he obviously aint getting hes xmas bonus

but the judge did make me feel like i was taking the easy way out by explaining 7k aint that much am i sure i want to go br. i think it was him thats made me feel guilty and abit deflated.

i do feel abit more weight lifting off me now but i suppose this week has been so hetic and ive still got to go to the hospital tomorrow to see if lillie bubs legs are growing properly in the hip sockets so i suppose after lillie gets the all clear from the appointment tomorrow and when i have the OR interview to say whever i can keep the car i will feel abit better.

    thanks again everyone

    Hi Lisamummy
Take all your money out of nationwide asap. Went BR last week, and Nationwide have froze my account. Apparently they said due to my notice being on the Insolvency register. Think they must moniter this.
Well done, gets easier now, you have done the hard bit!
