firstly a big extreamly massive thanks to everyone for your support advice and patients in my constint questions
i arrived at court at 9am there was 3 people in front of me. i got talking to a man in there so that eased the waiting about abit. i got called into the office we went through my forms making sure i had done them properly. then back to the waiting room. i got called to go downstairs to another waiting room, and got called before the judge  who asked as my debts was only 7k that i was sure that i wanted to go through with br then he declared me at 10.58 and i went outside for about 10mins till they brought out my paper work.
but yes you lot were all right it aint as scary as you think it will be.
i feel abit numb at the moment and dishonest really about not repaying my debts. but i suppose give it a few more days to sink in ill be fine, but i just feel like ive done something seriously wrong and im waiting for the police to come get me if you understand.
but i suppose when i have the OR interview which they said will either be today /tomorrow or before xmas
ill relax abit
ive got lillies hospital appointment tomorrow so i bet it will be then
again a big thanks to everyone i couldnt have got through it with out you lot xxxx

Good girl, you got through it! The numbness is perfectly normal. You'll find your emotions about the whole thing will keep shifting and sifting for a good few weeks yet. Did you have a preliminary chat with the OR? If not, give them a quick call this afternoon and say hello and explain why you can't talk to them tomorrow. They will understand.

Well done:T . I thinks its the sterness of the courts that scares most of us here. All those wigs, cloaks and people in high places:eek: ,but as long as you are not wearing silver bangles;)when you go in, you tend to come back out fairly unscathed. I really hope you get your interview before xmas, so you can relax and enjoy what is after all, supposed to be a fun time.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
