I would say:
Roary the racing care bubble bath , usually found in chemists or super drug for under £2.00
Any toy that can be pushed.
Thomas the tank engine aqua draw (wilkinsons had these for under £8.00 last week.
Bob the builder is also a big hit for this age,
In the night garden pajammas
Thomas the tank engine or disney cars slippers.
Selection box(although he is likely to have a lot of xmas for christmas lol)
Farm animal play sets , wilkos £3.00
Hope those ideas help.
Also for mums help , the less messier things are the better!

My DGS will be 4 in March & he loves army toys. You can buy a bag of the stuff.
They have tanks, planes, two lots of different coloured soldiers. We have mock battles daily. My men always lose of course.
Had the paddle pool up late afternoon and they came in too. Mine lost again.
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.
