A&L Default after charges case won

Hi,
I successfully claimed back over £5000 of bank charges from A&L last summer which is great (they settled the day before we were due to go to court) BUT looking at my credit file this week I notice they have defaulted my account! Not sure why I've only just noticed as I check this regularly, can they have just put it on??! How do I go about getting this removed? after all this was due to all the charges which they have paid out.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Well I wrote them a basic letter and they've replied saying they've investigated and marked it as satisfied, checked Experian and it's not showing as a default anymore which is good news!!A&L charges WON - Barclaycard charges WON - MBNAx3 charges WON - Halifax charges WON

It is still showing as a 3 late payment marker though, surely I can get this removed too?
