Can anyone advise me please, do you get any exemption from paying the bankruptcy admin fees if you're receiving JSA?

Yep I think Job seekers is included in the exemption. You'd still need to pay the £345 court fee's though, it's only the £150 admin fee's that you can be exempted from.0

Sorry to butt in Hannah, but it's the other way around
You can get exemption for the £150 court fees, but not the £345 bankruptcy deposit, no way out of that one I'm afraid.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
That's what I said....0

The court fees are £150, not £345, .Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
