Ebay Question

I have an ebay shop, and I would like to sell 1000 quantity of an item, now I understand to get the cheaper fees you must do it throgh your shop listing, but I understand this won't show up in the normal ebay searches.

I want to list the item indefinately so 5p for every 30 days, but I want to also the item to be featured, and I have 2 questions

1. By selling Pro Evo in the shop, even with being featured would they show up in a pro evo search normally on ebay?

2. How much would it cost to sell 1000 quantity of an item, whilst it being featured.

I would look this up but I find ebays layout fairly confusing

    1. Yes
    2. My guess is it would cost £65 in total (if you list them today) but I could be wrong

My friends have an ebay shop and if they have lots of an item, they list say 10 on ebay and the rest in the shop, in your 10 on the main site make sure you make reference to other items in your shop.

Would it not matter if I listed them today or not? I don't think the 5p listing would affect such listings? By listing them through the shop, It's charged 5p anyway I thought?

OK, I didnt know that. Think I'd rather have the listings in with the normal ebay listings though.

Shops are pretty useless. They only show up when there are very few items in the search and people rarely buy from them. Do the free trial for a month (pay listing fees though) and see if you agree with me.

In a shop, I think the maximum listing length is actually an endless, repeating auction, every 30 days (I think).
