Yes, they all have shareholdes (except Ebico?).
Point was logie was making sweeping statements without the briefest of checks.

centrica is NOT a british company!!!! it is a large multi national utility organisation," BASED" in the UK!! just because it is based here does not make it a BRITISH company !!!

A quick search, would of confirmed this for you, its not a sweeping statement, its a fact,

My comments are about as reliable as the next mans, I'm no expert and never claim to be, i have opinions and experience, if people want to listen , fine, if they dont, dont. That's the idea of a forum,

OK, so it is a multinational company based in the UK, from a British Nationalised utility, paying tax to the UK government.
But, it's not French by any means is it?

He works for British Gas ;) There are many people on here who work for energy companies but choose not to make it clear...having said that, SJ is by no means the most indoctrinated of them. :p

Sorry didn't spot the question last time
Yes I work for Centrica, but surely that doesn't change the fact that when you said it was French you were wrong.
When I pointed out it was British (not English), you then decided it was a multinational and not associated with any country, which would kind of make the original 'British Gas=Centrica=French' argument irrelevant even if it was accurate.

    Point made?
