1) The organizer and promoter of this competition is the Mastertronic Group Limited of 2 Stonehill, Stukeley Meadows, Huntingdon, Cambs. PE29 6ED (the “Arranger”).
2) The winner will be drawn at random from the correct answers received.
3) The closing date of this competition is Thursday 18th December 2008.
4) The winner will win the prizes specified on the competition Web page. If any of the prizes are out of stock when the competition closes, the winner can choose either to have the game despatched as soon as it is back in stock, or select an alternative game of the same value from those available on the website.
5) No cash alternative or transfer of prizes will be allowed. The Arranger reserves the right to replace the competition prize with one of equal value.
6) The Arranger will contact the prize-winner by e-mail.
7) The prize-winner must acknowledge his/her acceptance of the prize to the Arranger within 14 days of notification by the Arranger otherwise an alternative winner may be drawn from the remaining entries.
8) If the Arranger is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the notification or if the winner fails to comply with any of the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner shall be drawn from the remaining entries.
9) This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. No admission fee or purchase is necessary to participate. One entry per person.
10) The decisions of the Arranger’s judging committee concerning all matters related to this competition are final.
11) The Arranger will not engage itself to any communication on the procedural issues or the results of the competition.
12) The competition is not open to employees (or their families) of the Arranger, their affiliates or agents.
