Mrs mack received her ed notice today:T she was discharged on the 14th of nov.When we have checked the IS register she is still on there.Do we need to contact them to get her details removed? Many thanks for your replies.

bankruptcy gets you a lifetime of public domain notice
murder, rape or mug someone and you dont
wonderful world, it just highlights societies attitude to BR, which - it seems - is a crime so heinious as to need a public notice and everlasting recording on the gazette website - but how many times do you see "names cannot be released for legal reasons" in criminal cases. The two who killed jamie bulger get anonymity......Now we all know how it felt to play in the band on the Titanic...0 -

From the IS website, yes.
But not from the Gazette.
