free up grade - Tesco pay as you go mobile

hi , i found this site http://www.tesco.com/mobilenetwork/, im on tesco pay as you go , paying about £10 -£15 ish a month if you input your phone number they send you a code number by text , you have 20 mins to enter it, then your in, to a page saying about what sort of plan you on , how to change your 5 favourite numbers , add club card number ect. then 3/4 way down, it say . if your entitled to free up grade and how much , last may i tried it ( just click box ) and got £60 pound voucher , just done it this month and got £ 80 voucher :j it come next day by post , signed for, you have about a month to spend it , put it towards new phone plus pay extra or buy cheaper phone and rest of money is converted to air time :rotfl:Well pleased , friend got £60 think it builds up the longer you leave it .

I haven't got that. I log in with my code and it has my fave numbers etc. but nothing about an upgrade etc. How long have you been a customer for?

i think about 3 years i have been with them , but only found this site at beginning of the year.
