No other change .... the 5.76% rate ran from 1.3.08 (5th table down) :

KRBS will have suffered a high number of ISA transfer outs after it lost its place in the best buy tables hence its decision to hold its ISA rate at 5.76% since 1st March.0 -

Kent Reliance Direct ISA
1.92% 6 April 2009 to 4 June Inclusive
1.42% 5 June 2009 to today
Been on the phone today, they say 1.42% 6 April 2009 to today?:mad:0 -
Meatandtwo - where did you get your rates from?
The last base rate fall was in March, so it's rather more likely the KRBS rate fell in April than in June.
Sounds like the phone advice was quite correct.
Your annual statement will have shown the rate at 1 April too (and it would have changed on 1 April, not 6 April).0 -

Unless you need access to your funds, or really want to transfer out of the KRBS, then it is simple to transfer your variable rate ISA into a one year ISA bond paying 3.20%. They also do an attractive nine month ISA bond at 3.00% in case you think the rates will have moved a bit north by then.
All info is on their website. (Do read the T&C which are part of the application down load package)
