Anyone used a K&Company Family Tree Scrap Kit?!

Hi everyone,
Not sure if this is the correct place to post this to be honest - apologies if its not.
I recently was recommended a website on here for scrapbook bits (planning on doing a small family tree).
I ordered the Famly Tree Scrap Kit from Charmed Cards http://www.charmedcardsandcrafts.co.uk/cgi-bin/sh000001.pl?REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2echarmedcardsandcrafts%2eco%2euk%2f&WD=tree%20family&SHOP=%20&PN=K_and_Company_Ancestry_Collection%2ehtml%23a12158#a12158 (sorry, not sure how to do links yet!)
On that link, there a picture of a tree, which spaces to put photos etc, I think I must be missing something as I was going to put the and OH on the bottom, but then there doesnt look enough spaces to put my parents and then their parents if that makes sense. Am I just being totally thick and missing something really obvious?!?!
Thanks in advance!

Haven't used them myself and I'm doing my family tree. Just had a look at the site you mentioned and it is a bit limited for space.........looks as if there's just room for you and OH then grandparents and gt.parents..seems to stop there.
I've had problems like that with various books I've been bought.........it always seems to be a problem fitting everyone in particularly if there are more than one marriage.
You might try one of the family history sites to see if they could recommend where you might get the actual 'tree' page from that would be better.
The rest of the kit looks lovely.............I've neglected mine this last year or so and really ought to give it a bit of 'lift'
Good luck Sorry I can't help more

Thanks very much for your reply.
I am really pleased with the kit, I was not planning on tracing all of our family, I only wanted to go back a few generations for my daughter to have when she grows up - given all the family some questions etcm and they will each have their own 'page'.
One other question (I hope you dont mind!) I ave just stick in the photos and done me and my OH on the bottom, our parents on the other side, but on the same line, just on above and one below id that makes sense but now looking at it I think that may be wrong and they were meant to go keft and right on one side, as if the line is a bit wonky. Does that make any sense at all?!
(Can you tell I'm not the least bit creative lol!
    Thanks again

If you put a picture of you on the left hand side (for example) your parents then go above you............OH on the right hand side and his parents on right as well (hope that makes sense...........lol)
Can't remember the 'tree' at the mo without going back and looking at it but very often they're not level but as long as your ancestors are on your side it'll be ok.
I always think they look better if they're not dead straight lines -just matter of opinion though.

I started off just going back to grandparents but then found another relative who's dad had been looking into it before he died and she'd picked up the pieces and was following on..............she had loads of information and before I knew it I was well hooked.........it really is a fascinating thing to do and its amazing what you can find out, not just about your family but their occupations, how they lived.

Hope that helps.............not very good at explaining things I'm afraid

Sorry Lou - forgot to say..........the person in the photo who's above you but nearest to you (or OH) should be the father/grandfather as thats the family line leading to you and OH if you know what I mean.
