Hi,
Just wondered how many people who are still here were discharged early.
Thought it would be of interest to many
ps it is an anonymous poll

did i mention i was granted an ED may-october, 5 months of 12 served, bout the same as a prison sentenceNow we all know how it felt to play in the band on the Titanic...0

My husband and I went bankrupt on 4th July, in October our OR wrote to us and our creditors advising that they were looking at early discharge and given our creditors 3 weeks to object - we then received income and expenditure forms on 14th November, which we returned the next day. I have been checking the insolvency service website daily to see if there is any news, but nothing yet - although we are hopeful.0

another milestone is getting your name wiped off the IS site, i was ED end of october and im still listed, someone i know was AD august isnt showingNow we all know how it felt to play in the band on the Titanic...0

cheers, end of jan then.
woulda been nice if the IS had sent me notifcation on the day of ED, instead of me scouring the IS site every day
dont forget folks, every case is different, im as poor as the very poorest por church poor mouse, with less in the way of assets than ghandi so i was of no interest to the OR...Now we all know how it felt to play in the band on the Titanic...0 -
Suspect there will be even less ED in the next few months, January is the traditionally busy time for new BR cases.0

5 months for me too, ED in august and I no longer exist on the Insolvency site, yippeeee!!!!!!0

Full 12 months for us.
I think they were just curious to see what imaginative answers we could come up with to ever more probing questions.
There was even talk of taking a lie detector test.:rotfl: :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
I am really surprised at the amount of people who are discharged early. More hope for us all.0
