Buyer used BIN.... then did nothing......

I'm selling a manual treadmill..... put a BIN on the auction just in case someone wanted it quickly (BIN was only £30 due to me wanting shot of it!).... anyway, someone used the BIN about 1.5 days into the 10 day auction.

However that was 3 days ago and I've heard nothing from her.... her address is about 40 miles away so she is close enough to collect (I put collection only due to weight). I have emailed her twice so far but got nothing back.

Normally I wouldnt worry about waiting 7 days and then going down the NPB route but I really want shot of this thing and I wanted to catch the new years resolution buyers!!

Do you think I should wait for her to contact or just relist???

I would do as Malestrom has suggested.

As for relisting, I know you are in a hurry, but how is the buyer supposed to know this? If you didn't state in your auction that you needed to recieve payment within a couple days, then it's hardly fair to relist the item without giving the buyer fair chance to pay for it.

Noticed today that the buyers feedback had dropped to 0.
It seems she bought another treadmill and didnt contact the buyer.
I see a pattern here!!

I have her number from ebay so will try to ring her tomorrow.

Edit - did a search for her on goggle and have found her in a chat forum type thing.... have sent her a pm!!

I have a buyer who also bought an item using buy it now and has made no attempt to contact me even though they have had two invoices, I will give them a few more days then start the non paying bidder proceedure as deadweights do me head in on ebay

Kit, make sure you and the other seller both file for a NPB with Ebay. She only needs three to get her account removed and that would be two, she may even have an NPB filed against her already.
