How is this seller allowed to continually get away with selling pirate dvd's??

He has received neg for selling pirate copies but is still selling them, and the person that gave him a neg got one back.

E-bay is riddled with fakes and copies, whether it be handbags, watches or dvds! Surely they could afford to employ people to monitor each category. They must be coining it in!
