also my question when my husband made the claim for income support and incapacity benefit, my daughter was still in full time education and still is to this day, however since the claim, my daughter has found herself a studentpart-time job , not working more than between 14-20 hrs per week, but is still also at college full time.
are we still entitled to include my daughter in our claim even though she has a part-time job,
thanks

If by full time education you mean A level type school / college then yes you can claim for her (and the part time job doesn't matter) if by full time education you mean she's at uni then you can't (at 18 it's not obvious which it is)
