Well - if I could stop laughing for long enough I might be able to type.
Bursting outloud in a lab, sniggering, not very scientific - but then again as ALL I have been doing is wieghing wood, just wood, chunks of wood. Then I guess a giggle is allowed. I mean how many bits of wood can a girl wiegh? answer this is the forth time I have wieghed 172 chunks of wood, all labelled and weighed before and after being cooked for 4 days (90 degrees if you fancy trying this at home). How exciting is my life (its a job!).
Anyway diary, um yeah think good idea - KTJazz how about making soup surprise - you know stock cube random bits from cupboard (generally bendy or an odd assortment) then whizz up when cooked, call it something intreguing or obscure or prentend its a secret family recipe - I have made leftover tomato chicken (stew) soup today - tis tasty nutritous and sounds better than whizzed up leftover surprise stew tatties and a bit of the salad (wilty dodgy looking stuff) all now simmering away. Calling it 'Country tomato' I think, sure brother, lodger and childrens will be none the wiser. The dog did look at me as if to say - 'same old same old'
Hope you are all good. Piq - um sorry - BIG DATE?????????? (is this your meeting or is this a DATE?) spill the beans my little pony sock wearing friend.
Fay - I have a confession to make (should have made it before the Dot chat got out of control)
I have never made soup.
The OS board are going to be so disappointed in me....:o:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!

What are you lot like???
Just returned from uncles funeral (went okay) and thought I would catch up, thought to myself 46 posts already? these lot definately up to mischief !
Have to say my favourite smiley is this one
he's still trying to work out what the heck he is doing here:D
Thanks for the frugal cheering up, still chuckling at the one armed legless smiley.
Fay - weighing wood is infinately more exciting than some of the form filling I end up doing for my oldies for housing benefit and stuff:p
OliveOyl - hope you soon start to feel less grey - you should be counting down now to your visit to popeye at xmas;)
Got to get back to work now - catch up with you all later.:D0 -
KTJazz - I had to sit down - its ok, not everyone is a soup fiend - full of cheap yummy goodness - life without soup is well - um soupless!
I will make an extra pot for you tonight (I make one every couple of days or so normally - if its dodgy i whizz it (ie has dodgy often not thought of as going together ingredients) and if it resembles normal soup that may even have name then I leave it wholesome and lovely - pot, water, stuff (Veggies etc ingredients or just pasta for pasta soup), stock cube - boil furiously or timidly for 10-20 mins et voila. Soupy goodness. Whizzing optional.
Your soup will be called dotty soup - tell you what's in it later!
Now have image of lots of dotty little men floating around soup waving
furiously.
Form filling or wieghing wood - um its a tough call. Sorry about your uncle xTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
:money:Sleeves up folks.:money:0
